After performing at the Billboard awards on Sunday Usher rushed back to Atlanta to take the stand in his custody case aginst his ex wife Tameka Foster.
Things have been getting real ugly with Tameka accusing Usher of choosing to party vs being a good father. In addition to accusations to excessive partying she is accusing Usher of using drugs in front of their children.
In court Tameka’s lawyers submitted into evidence pictures of Usher partying. Usher began crying and reaching for the tissues and his lawyer objected.
The battle in court continues today
