Drake puts an end to his legal battle with a woman who says her voice was illegally used on “Marvin’s Room.”

Last year, Drake found himself in the legal crosshairsafter a woman named Ericka Lee sued the rapper for failing to compensate her for co-writing and lending her vocals to “Marvin’s Room.”

According to TMZ, Drizzy has settled the suit with Lee, who also claimed that they had a relationship between 2010 and ’11. She said that he threatened her when she didn’t budge on her lawsuit and denied her allegations. Now, the case was dismissed on February 2nd, and it is unclear if the settlement was financial.

Lee, whose stage name is Syren Lyric Muse, initially filed suit in July 2011 and received a counter-suit from Cash Money/Universal Records six weeks later. She said she was offered a $50,000 payment in conjunction with four-to-five percent of royalties prior to filing suit. READ MORE
