Mail Clerk: Merrill
Below is a general description of duties that may apply:
·Photocopying and scanning legal documents
·Experience working with black & white copies AND color copies
·Operate a large high speed photocopy machine to complete assignments ranging from the production of single color forms, reading material and other documents to those requiring the merge of covers, text, indexes and related items in single or multi-color
·Printing documents needed by attorneys and paralegals for trials
·Burning CDs/DVDs (as needed)
·Processing and sorting mail
·Conference Room set up (as needed)
·Operate a fax machine to receive incoming and send outgoing faxes. Maintain equipment and supplies. Distribute “rush” faxes to customers as needed
·Other general office duties as needed
Compensation & Work Schedule/s:
·Schedules may vary from 7am to 6pm, Full Time.
·Pay is generally between $12.00 to $15.00 per hour depending on experience and position availability

·2 or more years specific “Copy Operator” experience in Law firm setting REQUIRED
·Prior experience in law firm environment with strong litigation copy and scanning skills (scan-to-PDF. IPRO and LAW) is PREFERRED, but only REQUIRED for higher level roles
·Strong presentation and customer service skills – reception or front desk experience is a plus
·High attention to detail needed to follow detailed project instructions, and review work before submitting to client
·Strong organization skills to manage your work output and meet project deadlines
·Strong problem solving ability to make proper decisions and solve issues with your team/supervisor
·Must be over 18 and have an HS diploma or Equivalent
