Crenshanda Williams has gotten herself into big trouble with authorities.

The former 911 operator in Houston, Texas is being accused of hanging up on emergency calls. According to reports, Eyewitness News went looking for Williams on Wednesday afternoon. The former operator opened the door but as soon as she saw the camera, she closed the and refused to talk.

Jim Moten tried to call 911 back in March after witnessing two vehicles speeding down a highway. Seconds into his call, no one was on the line. Moten thought the call had dropped, but he told reporters, “Come to find out I was hung up on.”  Court documents revealed that Williams was the 911 operator that took Moten’s call, and before he could finish explaining, she hung up and said, “Ain’t nobody got time for this. For real.” Reports also say that you could “hear (Williams) sigh before the call is terminated.”

Charging documents from the stations calls prove that Williams had an abnormally large number of “short calls,” some lasting no more than 20 seconds. After hearing that he’s not the only caller who was cut short, Moten continued, “If someone calls in to report an incident whether the person feels this is an emergency or not, you should have time for it. This is a person that probably doesn’t need this job. It’s a really tragic thing to hear.”

Thousands of short calls have been attributed to Crenshanda Williams from October 2015 through March 2016. She has been charged with interference with an emergency telephone call and her bail was set at $1000.
