Lil Wayne has publicly lashed out against Birdman and Cash Money Records for holding up his career and not properly compensating him.

The label allegedly owes Lil Wayne 50 million dollars. Along with Wayne being frustrated, Rap-A-Lot Records founder J. Prince noted that he is frustrated with Birdman as well. Recently, J. Prince was interviewed by TMZ and offered to help facilitate an end to the conflict between Wayne and Birdman. Prince said, “As I’ve stated publicly a few times, we’re going to get to the bottom of that. We’re going to make ’em an offer they can’t refuse.” In the interview, J. Prince was asked where he thought Birdman keeps all the money he owes both parties. Prince responded, “It has to be somewhere, so wherever it’s at, we have to reach in and grab it, even if it’s in his ass.” Prince was asked about the threatening tone of his offer that Birdman can’t refuse, to which he replied: “It’s not that bad, but it depends on how they embrace it.”
