So last week we got word that Fabulous allegedly assaulted the mother of his children and longtime girlfriend Emily Bustamante, and the footage came out showing Fabolous making threats towards Emily B brother and father.

Court documents alleged that Fab had hit Emily in the face seven times, eventually causing her to have her two front teeth to be removed.
The Bergen County Prosecutors Office will try the case against the Brooklyn rapper. If he is found guilty he could face 3-5 years in state prison, with $15,000 in fines for the assault charge.
He is set to appear in court later this month.
