Coroner’s report found three different drugs in the late rapper’s system.

When news of Mac Miller’s death hit the hip-hop community many suspected that it was due to an overdose. Miller has been known to struggling with substance abuse in the past.

Now an autopsy confirms that statement as Miller died from an overdose of fentanyl and cocaine. Tests found fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol in his system.

When Miller was found unresponsive in his LA home, police found a bottle of alcohol on his bedstand. The list of pills recovered in the home includes Xanax, oxycodone, hydrocodone, and generic Adderall. Along with a rolled up $20 bill with “white powdery substance” inside.
