Let’s be honest, the Feds don’t lose too many cases in court. With a 93 percent conviction rate, the feds know what they are doing.
That said, many fans are questioning if Tekashi 6ix9ine and his legal team know what they are up against. Monday news broke out that the rapper will plead not guilty to racketeering charges.
More bad news, the trial won’t start until September 2019 and he will have to wait behind bars since he has been denied bail.
According to the indictment, Tekashi and his crew are accused of running a criminal enterprise and committing crimes of robbery, drug sales, and murder. If found guilty, he could face 20 years to life in federal prison.
Good luck!
