I can’t speak for everyone but I know when I learned of Rapper Dave East it wasn’t because of his rap flow but definitely his looks! And so it was even more exciting to know we will be able to see him more no the TV Screen as an actor. According to Deadline, Dave East is set to portray Method Man in the upcoming 10 episode series of the Hip-Hop Group Wu-Tung.

The series was created and written by The RZA and Tse, and will be shown on Hulu’s platform. The show will highlight the struggles the group went through in choosing hip-hop over crime and ultimately becoming the most influential hip-hop group yet.
Other members to recently join the cast include, Julian Elijah Martinez, and Vinnie Pastore, who will recur on the series.
Cast members that were previously announced include Erika Alexander, Shameik Moore, Ashton Sanders and more.
