It looks like the Queen is in need of new team. It has been reported that rap queen Nicki Minaj has parted ways with her longtime management team. This has caused a slight disruption within her camp.

Nicki, 36, has had her squad pretty much secured for quite a while up to this point. She has now cut ties with Cortez Bryant and Gee Roberson of the Blueprint Group and Maverick Management. She’s has worked with them for the majority of her career, however sources have given no clear reason for the split. According to inside scoops, its been said the decision was both “mutual and amicable.”

According to Billboard, Nicki is currently without a management team.

Nicki surprised fans over the weekend, performing alongside Ariana Grande during her Coachella set. Apparently, the performance was slightly hindered with some technical issues; a problem Minaj is no stranger to. She experienced many issues throughout her 2019 European tour and was even forced to cancel several shows because of production issues. The North American leg of her tour was supposed to have commenced but new tour dates have yet to be announced after postponing.

In addition to the rocky tour road, Nicki faced a number of scandals in 2018. She caught heat for collaborating with controversial rapper 6ix9ine, who has been accused of multiple crimes. She also made headlines last year after she and rival rapper Cardi B got into a bit of a nasty altercation at a New York Fashion Week event.

Complex has reached out to Nicki’s representatives for comment with no response just yet.
