We reported last year that Steve Harvey’s self-titled daytime talk show was in danger of being canceled. Now it is official, the show will be a wrap after June.

It’s crazy because the comedian just said this week that “rich people don’t get 8 hours of sleep.” Well, he’ll get some time to take a well deserve nap if he wishes or probably look for another gig.

Harvey kicked off his overall successful tv show back in 2012. Can’t even lie, it was a hit right out the gate producing an average of 1.8 million viewers and ranked No. 5 behind Dr. PhilThe Ellen DeGeneres ShowLive with Kelly and Ryan and Maury. Like most talk shows, they don’t last forever even with a big hit like Harvey’s.

Although The Steve Harvey Show is done, he got plenty of work ahead with Family Feud, Celebrity Family Feud and hosting FOX events like Miss Universe pageant.
