List: Trick-or-Treat Times for Central Ohio

Spooky season is here, and soon our little ones will don their best costumes for a night of innocent fun – and lots and lots of candy!

Please note:
Two Licking County towns, Johnstown and Hebron, have rescheduled their Halloween celebrations due to expected rain and wind on Thursday evening. Johnstown announced via social media that its trick-or-treat event will now take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hebron has also moved its Halloween Bash to Wednesday, October 30, from 7:15 to 9 p.m. at Canal Park. The event will still include food trucks, a bonfire, family-friendly DJ entertainment, and bounce houses.
Here are a few reminders for a safe Halloween season:
- We are expecting high winds and possible storms Halloween night— please dress accordingly. Stay updated with weather in your area here.
- Don’t send your young children off by themselves!
- Use flame-resistant costumes in case there are candles lit near a home you’re approaching
- Use sidewalks and stay out of the road as much as possible
- Use reflective material as much as possible
- Parents, if you’re tailing your kids from the car, drive carefully!
