Bizzy Bone will no longer be receiving treatment for his addictions to marijuana and alcohol on national TV. TMZ.com is reporting that the next season of VH1’s “Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew” has been postponed due to a lack of big-name stars on board. The show was supposed to begin shooting this week. Tila Tequila of “A Shot At Love With Tila Tequila” and Jason Wahler of “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills” were also set to appear on the series.
