Legendary Hollywood actress Elizabeth Taylor has passed away at the age of 79. Taylor had been in failing health. She had been hospitalized for congestive heart failure in Los Angeles. Taylor won two Academy Awards.
Taylor began as a child star. In 1960 she became the highest paid actress at that time by signing a one-million-dollar contract to play the title role in “Cleopatra.”
