Did you hear about 8 year old Jmyha Rickman who allegedly threw a bad temper tantrum tearing up two classrooms & endangering others? Her guardians are upset because she was taken away in handcuffs by cops and not allowed to put her coat on. It is said that the child is special needs and she has been know to throw tantrums at school before.
