Well they have been hit with a class action lawsuit, Publishers Clearing House has been hit with papers that state PCH has been manipulating the elderly to buy PCH products under the guise that by doing so, their chances at winning big prizes will improve.
The lawsuit goes on to detail past investigations by state attorneys general into alleged misconduct in 2000, 2001 and 2010 —
Surprisingly they have still been in business doing the same thing
Sending pamphlets to the elderly that say they have already won, in the form what looks like a check that tricks them.
Thats all according to TMZ.
On a side note i think its about time to put a stop to companies that take advantage of the elderly!
