Rob agreed to pay 20k a month, while keeping in min that the judge would have the amount reduced. He just needed Chyna to fall back on her claims of domestic abuse, and so she did, agreeing to the $20k and 50/50 custody of Dream. After all of that happen Rob went back to court asking for a reduction in the amount claiming to be broke, and that Chyna is the money maker.
Months ago the judge suspended Robs obligation to pay child support, until he could look over both parties resources.
