Well the other shoe finally dropped and Tekashi69 is in jail, he was brought in over the weekend and booked for racketeering (RICO) a charge that usually comes with a life sentence. During his 1st hearing on Monday the FBI let him and his lawyer know that they had wire taps and members of his former crew we’re going to “Super Violate” him aka they were going to kill him. While in jail Tekashi has not asked for protective custody but the feds might pull him out of gen pop for safety reasons. But Tekashi mind isn’t on what might happen to him but what might happen to his family according to his lawyer and TMZ 6ix9ine had been trying to get in some QT with his 3-year-old daughter in the weeks before his Sunday night arrest.
