Charles Barkley famously said ” I’m NOT a role model” he even made a Nike commercial about it, and he caught hell for saying that and the commercial but he believes that kids parents should be role models and not athletes or entertainers. And not Cardi has been called to the front after a old video of her surfaced of her saying about “Robbing and Drugging” men back in the day, and social media went in on her, but Cardi believes that since she’s been in the spot light people have been telling her what do do and how to act and she’s says she over it, because when she changed to please everyone she feels she still got the short end of the stick when the old video popped up so she says” For these past two years I been watching what I say and I haven’t been myself.I been feeling trap and sad cause it’s not ME but everybody tell me to be it for me to be this “rolemodel”and guess what ? People still spit my past right in my face so for now imma be my old self again” so do you agree or disagree should entertainers have to be role models?
