August 1st is National Girlfriend Day. Ladies, leave your man at home! Commonly mistaken, this day isn’t for romantic relationships. National Girlfriend Day is an annual holiday to celebrate the women in your life!
It is unclear who or what created the National holiday, but is reported to have been first celebrated around 2004.
