Americas Dad, Bill Cosby has been sentenced 3 to 10 years after being convicted of sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, around 14 years ago.
The prosecutors asked for the maximum sentence of ten years. Judge Steven T. O’Neil upheld a states finding that Bill Cosby is a sexual violent predator.

Another fact from NYTimes.com The court released Ms. Constand’s full victim impact statement, in which she wrote: “Bill Cosby took my beautiful, healthy young spirit and crushed it.”
Although there was no evidence ever found of such accusations from more than ten women, it stills has me mind boggled that they found someone guilty. Its all based off of word of mouth testimony, which is absurd how it all upheld in a court argument.
