This is a not so #beautiful situation for Miguel. The word on the street is, According to TMZ.com, Da Homie Miguel was arrested for driving drunk in L.A. early this morning. He was pulled over around 2:15 AM for speeding through the city and tinted windows. Well the Law smelled some sauce, had him perform the standard tests and take a breathalyzer, and he had a major FAIL. He blew a .10 and .11 … which is over the .08 legal limit in California, was arrested for DUI and taken to the clink to be booked. A few hours later, Miguel posted a $5,000 bail and was released. You know Miguel got dat BREAD!!!!! Well its a SURE THING that his fans still ADORN him and we will see HOW MANY DRINKS it will take for him to Sober UP!
