A 67-year-old man from Wisconsin was arrested by police on Tuesday for shooting his TV. He was so upset that Bristol Palin’s advanced on Dancing With The Stars.
Steven Cowan told authorities he felt Bristol was not a good dancer and was only on the show because of her mother, Sarah Palin.
Reports say after Cowan watched Bristol and her partner Paso Doble perform on television Monday night he jumped out of his seat, cussed out the TV and then shot it (the tv) with a shotgun.
He then aimed the gun at his wife, she escaped unharmed.
The SWAT team surrounding his house managed to talk Cowan into surrendering early yesterday morning after a 15-hour stand off.
He was charged with 2nd degree reckless endangerment and could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted.
