Lastonia Leviston aka Rick Ross’ baby moma is suing 50 Cent for releasing her private sex tape on his affiliate website http://www.boobootv.com in March of 2009.
Ms. Leviston filed her complaint on Wednesday (February 24) in Manhattan, stating that 50 Cent used the tape without her permission, causing her “emotional distress.”
The Eminem understudy edited the 13-minute sex tape to include himself under his “Pimpin’ Curly” persona. Under the curly wig, 50 would continually insult Ross and Leviston.
