Sources told US Magazine that they are dating, not quite boyfriend & girlfriend status but they are spending lots of time getting to know each other. You never know when it comes to Kathy Griffin because she seems to be the queen of publicity stunts but the couple has been spotted at several Hollywood events. The couple caused commotion at the Costume Designers Guild Awards where onlookers said Mustafa was very affectionate giving kisses & whispers to Griffins ears. It is also being said that he visited her on the set of Glee the next day where more cuddling went on.
