Lil Wayne was finally taken away in protective custody today after several delays. The judge agreed to place him in protective custody for his one year sentence for gun charges. Wayne asked for medical attention to aid his his dental problems while serving his time. He did not make a statement in court but he did give a head bow gesture to his fans.
