Former boxer, rapper and current personal injury lawyer Mitchell Rose has served papers to 2 of Jay-Z’s 40/40 clubs.
He is suing Jigga for $88 million dollars stating that Jay stole his rhyming style, delivery and even some of his lyrics.
Rose claims he handed Jay-Z his demo after a fight in 2001. Soon after Jay-Z started using his flow on his own albums. Mitchell Rose says that even Lil Kim has been using his flow also.
Representatives for Jay-Z have not yet commented regarding the lawsuit.
