Today is World Sleep Day and to prepare for it only requires fluffing a few pillows and counting sheep. The event’s sponsored by the World Association of Sleep Medicine and they’re hoping you catch a few extra Z’s today. World Sleep Day celebrates the importance of getting enough shut-eye. Not getting the proper rest can affect your health, education, social life and driving safety. This is the third annual event, in case you snoozed through the last two.
