A drunk 18 year old in FLorida was dared by friends flash oncoming traffic , so she ran out into the road lift her shirt….
One of her “victims” got distracted by her…..assets….. swerved and hit the girl…….

She was treated at the hospital for cuts she suffered, but other than that she was fine.
