A pilot was trying to get permission to take off from the air controller worker. When he got no response, they called the police because they were worried about him. Well they found Philip Maschek in the air tower….drunk…passed out…..in a black robe. He was arrested for public intoxication, and then got pissed at the police! He said he wasn’t intoxicated, and wasn’t in public, because he was in a closed room! Well…he wasn’t on the street. Maybe he has a point…?
