#bigbinkshow Breaking News – Tulsa, Oklahoma police officer Betty Shelby who has been at the forefront of every Television news broadcast and internet Blog sites for her actions against an unarmed Black man, has been charged with felony manslaughter in the first degree, according to CNN.
Shelby killed 40-year-old Terence Crutcher shortly after his vehicle broke down in the middle of the road last week.
According to reports, arrangements have been made for her to surrender.
