Sharpe who is a co-host on “Skip and Shannon: Undisputed” has been very outspoken about Colin Kaepernick and his silent protest.

According to The Root, Hall of Fame running back Jim Brown made comments about Kaepernick recently about how he needs to either be an activist or a NFL player.

Sharpe didn’t realize that Kaepernick had to choose and added that other Black athletes at some point stood for the same thing that Kaepernick did.

Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Bill Russell and others all stood by Muhammad Ali, who was tired of seeing Black people being treated as if they weren’t anything.

A video posted by TMZ Sports, Sharpe spoke out about Brown and said, “I’m sure they told him in 1967 when he called that summit, I’m sure they said it wasn’t the right way. I’m so, so disappointed in him.”
