Meek Mill is behind bars, and now he is facing a lawsuit along with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation,

Family of Jaquan Graves is suing the rapper and music company, which is owned by Jay-Z, over a tragic incident that happened the Oakdale Theatre, in Connecticut December 31st. The family of Graves stated that the ‘thugs’ allowed there were ‘argumentative, angry, disorderly and disruptive’ to fellow concertgoers.

The lawsuit says that Graves left the theater when the shots were first heard, and he was hit by a bullet and killed. The victims – both male – died upon arriving to the hospital and two others were taken with non-life threatening injuries.

Meek is currently in a Pennsylvania prison after he was sentenced to two to four years for violating probation.
