This incident has me outraged, and I mean I am pissed off after watching this. Ohio Prisons are horrible!!!!!
There was an incident that happened in Lucasville Prison last year 2017, where there were four inmates handcuffed to a table, and another inmate at a separate table who was not handcuffed. The inmate who was not handcuffed happened to be white, got up and started stabbing the other four inmates who were black.
