This is getting out of hand, but today has to go to an Arkansas woman who tells her lawyer that she did not mean to kill her husband.
Patricia Hill, who has been nurse for 50 years, and also a Sunday school teacher, shot and killed her husband, Frank Hill, 65, in a shed outside their Pine Bluff home last July after the two argued about his pornography use.
What Hill intended to be a warning shot, and meant to hit her husband in the leg, the bullet actually struck him in the head.
Hill’s attorney, William O. James Jr., told NBC News that the couple had been married for 17 years and she “kept finding pornography stashed and hidden.”
