A Mississippi mayor is ready to spend thousands to clean his city of crime, he’s offering money and i mean big money for people that commit crimes to leave the
city. He’s willing to give all of the drug dealers, gang members and any criminals $10k to leave the city of Clarksdale. He says the hope is that the money will
persuade those who commit crimes to move to different cities and start new productive lives he feels that the criminals might not have good opportunities they
