Odessa police had to arrest a teen who spit into a tea bottle and then put it back on the grocery store shelf.

The local news outlet reported it happened at an Albertsons grocery store, according to CBS 7
According to the affidavit, the teenager was seen on security footage picking up an Arizona Iced Tea, putting his mouth on it, then putting it back.
The police officer said the teen repeatedly told him that he took a drink of the tea, then put it back, because it was “gross.”
