Once again the hashtag #Oscarssowhite is trending after nominations were announced and once again a number of Black and Latino actors and actresses and directors were not nominated. This has been an ongoing problem for decades but it seems like any and all protest fall on deaf ears and it’s not to discount any of the nominees it’s just that the Oscar committee doesn’t have to answer to anyone and a lot of people believe that’s unfair.
