Ciara will apparently have to wait a few more months to pick up her next record. Sources say Ciara’s “Basic Instinct” album has been pushed back to October. The record was scheduled for an August 17th debut. There is no official word on why “”Basic Instinct” is being delayed, but insiders believe additional recordings could be to blame.
