Some offices will be closed and services curtailed Monday for Columbus Day.• Federal, state, county and city offices will be closed.
• Parking is free at meters in Columbus.
• No mail delivery.
• No trash or recycling collection in Columbus. Trash collection will be one day later until the next holiday; recycling collection will move one day later this week but return to its regular day next week.
• Some smaller Columbus library branches will be closed; the Main Library will be open.
• Columbus State Community College will be closed.
• Ohio State University will hold classes Monday and observe Columbus Day on Nov. 23.
