WATER COOLER TALK: The spotlight has been on the Washington Washington Football Team even more here lately regarding the controversy of changing their team name because Native American’s are expressing that they find it offensive.
Even president Obama weighed in on the issue this past weekend, “If I were the owner of the team and I knew that there was a name of my team–even if it had a storied history–that was offending a sizable group of people, I’d think about changing it,”
So I ask you, do you think that the Washington Washington Football Team should change their team name because Native American’s have said that they are offended by the name?
