About Beauty is Breeze

Brea “The Boss Babe Breeze” Spencer is a Columbus, Ohio native. Born and raised in Buckeye Country, Brea graduated from Columbus Alternative High School and attended The Ohio State University. Her love and passion for media came naturally as her mother worked in the industry as a top sales earner for many years, but Brea was determined to forge her own path.

Brea’s greatest blessing has been her son, Jeffrey, who is currently in high school. He has been right by her side throughout her journey. After entering motherhood, college and various work environments Brea happily settled into her role with Radio One in 2018.

Brea is no stranger to hard work, maintaining multiple streams of income since she was 16. She moved on to create her brand, The House of Boss Babes! The House of Boss Babes (HOBB) was created to be a safe haven for women to be encouraged, feel inspired and uplifted while navigating through life. The House of Boss Babes is a multifaceted brand that is constantly growing. HOBB hosts events, offers mentorship, bar training and offers trendy merchandise to represent the Boss Babe in you.

Brea proudly and efficiently works in programming as an On Air Talent and Production Assistant. She is talented in doing voice overs, copywriting, production, and her big personality shines on air. Brea has been on the airwaves in Columbus since 2019. She has been holding it down on the air on Power 107.5/106.3 late nights and weekends. She also showcases her skill set and versatility filling in on some of our sister stations, Magic 95.5 and 101.1 The Wiz Cincinnati.
